The original SLYCE Coal Fired Pizza was opened in Wauconda, IL in 2010. Since that time, there have been two other locations opened, one in Vernon Hills, IL and one in Highwood, IL. We are thrilled to announce our first franchise location opening in Rosemont, IL November 2023.

  • SLYCE is not your typical pizza restaurant. We have designed an upscale yet comfortable dining experience, which features our uniquely flavored coal fired pizza. We also serve small plates, salads, wings, and delicious sandwiches. Each of our restaurants has a highly curated wine, beer, and cocktail list. Lastly, customers can’t get enough of our gelato bar and specialty coffees.

  • We are looking for franchise partners with a strong background in business and previous restaurant experience as an owner or general manager. We want you to be as passionate as we are about the restaurant industry and clearly recognize the benefits of owning a SLYCE Coal Fired Pizza franchise in your market area.

  • We provide an extensive training and support program to each of our franchisees. This includes weeks of training with your management team, including access to our proprietary online Learning Management System training for all of your employees.
